The breath is an opening up

a softening

greasing the mechanical wheels

greasing the systems

of the physical

the form

the mass

with the ease

the breath

the life

the aliveness

of Spirit

flooding the body temple

the guards that stand at the gates of Spirit

are allowed to open the way

to push the sandbags to the side and allow the River

to come rushing forth.
