May you feel the light within you and may you feel it being allowed to expand and take up more space.
May you receive a gift…something that you will take with you, perhaps a seed that will continue to grow.
May you feel the sacredness and the perfection of your life‘s path and know you are in the right place, at the right time, right now, in this very moment.

1-Hour 1:1 Session
I create a safe and confidential space
for you to open up to one or two
issues/themes that are coming up for
you at this time and I would be your
companion in looking at those and
navigating that inner journey.
The inner journey is about coming to
know ourselves, to listen to ourselves,
too feel our feelings, to soothe ourselves,
to trust ourselves and in doing that we begin to heal ourselves and remember who we truly are on many levels.
My goal is for you to connect with you. To connect to your guidance, your unique internal navigation system that can directly lead you to all things that help you feel joyful and clear and alive and aligned with who you are.
To be clear, I do not claim to be a healer per se, a shaman or a counselor or therapist. I certainly do not claim to have your answers or the “ten-step method” that will make everything right in your world.
What I will do is bring all the tools and experiences i have gathered in my journey and then be guided together toward what is most helpful for you and your next steps.
My tools include:
