it's time to find your ground

The place where you begin

as more begins to shift in our outer world

i believe it is time to tune in

to the inner world

to be come attuned to the mysteries,

the flow of energy within

the realities within

the landscapes within

why?

to be able to navigate

steadily

with some level of peace in your heart

to be able to guide yourself

from your own solid ground

that exists within you

so,

retreat

retreat inward

and find the place within you where home resides

where truth resides

if you're not sure about those things

which sometimes i am not

find the ground of you

find where you go all the way to the bottom

where you meet with the earth

in fact sitting on the ground could be

a great way to get there..but you don't have to.

find the place where you feel like you

unfiltered.

where you feel

solid and calm

where you feel like you can breathe

where there is space

find your way into your own atmosphere

where the spirit of you

meets the earth of you

in a way that is open and free

where you can rest

if you can't rest, practice resting

then you can receive each thing that enters your sphere from this place.

if you can find this place and stay in this place you become stable, and

whatever comes in from the outside

must come to you...

where you are seated

and grounded

in this place.

Things that are allowed

will enter

walk to the master

bow

and then present

we learn to leave our ground so much in this world

there is much

leaping outside

of your own

space

we separate from ourselves at very early ages

we learn to split away

that means we up and leave the cockpit

we no longer trust our controls

our seat

our place

we don't trust our navigational system

and in fact the right to override that system arises and we cling to the life giving sustenance

we leap from our vehicles

abandon them

forget

them

our eyes now full of fear

can only see what needs to be attached to in order to survive

when you leave the cockpit you are vulnerable.

it is understandable

you can imagine that a certain state of stress

would be necessary

to pull someone

to choose to leave their inner home of safety

and to adhere to another

this is survival level

there are reasons you get drawn out.

that you are pulled away from yourself

there is much confusion

see you need your ground

it is the basis for you being here as a human

it is the place where your soul lands as it navigates this earth

imagine entering a new world

and you had a vehicle to navigate

in a very new world, all of your senses are totally opened and alive because everything is new

you are awakened to a new existence.

but if you do not learn to land in your ground first

to land in your mars rover

to get acquainted or interested with the operating system of the vehicle in which you must travel

you're not going to get very far.

you will have to lean on others to drive the vehicle for you

which might feel comforting

you can sit back and relax

but then you're also at the mercy

of their decisions

they are not decisions you can own

the only decision you can own is the one to give your power away to another to decide

you need to know what the operating system is

you need to know where the tools and implements are

you need to be able to see

to assess where you are

and what is around you

you need to know how to move

you need to know how to assess

you need to know ....

then how does the world outside operate?

what is the terrain?

if you have leaped into another person's vehicle

then they see for you

you have stopped seeing for yourself

so this is a lot for this one sitting.

let's go back to the beginning

it's time to find the ground

your ground

your truth

the place where you sit solidly against the earth

you feel

solid

calm

clear

content

this is what gets referred to as center

as grounded

as maybe even zero point depending on how you experience it.

this is the place from which you can be stable

there's no push

and no pull

there's nowhere to look back to

or ahead to

this is the cockpit

this is perhaps

your throne, in some traditions

it is the seat of power,

but it is not above or below anything else

it's the center

it's the glorious

warm and golden

simple center

it's peaceful here

you must take up residence here

that doesn't mean shelter yourself from all else

build a wall that can't be reached or overcome

it's just live from

here

take up residence

root yourself in here

this is not a place of judgment of yourself or any other

this is a place of sacred innerness

where the connection to your divine energetic blueprint is felt

where the grace of god can easily pour through

everything in life then comes and

if you allow it

filters through this area

this court within you

you stay balanced

grounded

in the center

remember

things outside of you may seek to pull you off balance

when you are pulled off balance

when you are drawn into another's fear

you have disconnected from your home source

it's not gone

you're just disconnected and

un-receiving of it's nourishment
